About the Role:

As a Property Manager with us, you are a key person in the daily operations and development of our property portfolio. You ensure that our properties function optimally by working with operations, maintenance, and energy efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with both colleagues and tenants, where your work contributes to high satisfaction, long-term value development, and satisfied customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operation and maintenance of technical installations
• Address service requests within assigned properties
• Order and follow up on minor repairs and maintenance actions
• Corrective maintenance, e.g., troubleshooting and replacement of appliances (fridge, freezer, stove)
• Routine inspections of internal and external environments as well as controls and regulatory work such as SBA and safety rounds
• Energy optimization of properties in consultation with the operations engineer
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving of technical systems (indoor climate, heating, ventilation)
• Streamlining purchases, services, and maintenance to optimize costs
• Assess, order, and follow up on contractors regarding quality and performance (supplier assessment)

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who works independently, is results-oriented, and delivers on time with high quality. You use your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop relevant solutions. You take initiative and carry out improvement work with a strong understanding of given economic conditions. You have good collaboration skills and work with care for customers, tenants, and colleagues.

Knowledge and Skills:

• High school education in technology or equivalent, where YH education is a merit
• Three to five years of experience in property technology or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Digital understanding and accustomed to working in various systems
• Possess a B driver's license
